Spent an extra day in Dallas with my friend Lauren & her family. I fell in love with Dallas!!! Definitely a city I could see myself living in.

Amazingly delicious ice cream sandwich from Pokey O's in Dallas. You choose your cookie flavor (chocolate chip) & your ice cream flavor (birthday cake)... YUM!!!
