Street Meat

We had to start off our day in Albuquerque visiting Greg Jackson's MMA academy. One of the greatest MMA trainers out there. "This is where champions are made."

Drive from Albuquerque to Santa Fe.

The Midwest is seriously the most beautiful place ever.

Santa Fe! I remembered visiting when I was all of 10 years old... wasn't sure why the city stuck in my head, but I knew we had to go back & visit. After spending all afternoon there, I remember... This city is so perfect! It is historic, with an amazing arts & culture scene, the food is to die for, and the shopping is just beyond. All the street vendors sell one of a kind, handcrafted items. I was in heaven.

Made a friend named Ray. He makes Pueblo jewelry & pottery. I fell in love with this ring the second I saw it!

Schryv requested "street meat" for lunch! Haha! So we found a fajita stand, but I opted for this delicious tamale. ¡Muy bueno!

Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe.

Miraculous staircase at the Loretto Chapel.

Had to be touristy & drive by this historic Route 66 hotel in Gallup, NM.

I'll just take their word for it.

Relaxing as Schry drives through Arizona.

These views are insane.

Hotel manager recommended the Taverna Greek Grill. They sure do know how to celebrate Sunday Funday! Fire breathers every hour and shots of Ouzo all around!
