Armadillo

Today was our only day with a crazy long drive, so luckily that is now behind us... 12.5 hours and 5 states later, we have finally made it to Dallas! The ride/drive was stunning (until it started storming). 

Side note: Holy armadillos. I have never seen so many of these little creatures as I have today!!! Apparently they are the new road kill fad.
